About Multifix

Multifix Constructions Pty Ltd (Multifix) is a highly reputable subcontractor based in Queensland, servicing projects Australia-wide. Having previously specialised in formwork, reinforcing and concrete works, we are now positioned to deliver complete civil works contracting services.

We have been in operation since 1997 and provide specialist construction assistance to a number of large contractors on major infrastructure projects throughout Australia. Our team has expanded in recent years as a result of the significant growth in infrastructure projects throughout Queensland, and our involvement in several large, high profile projects. We have a current workforce of over 120 direct employees, with the capacity to expand further as demand requires.

The operations are conducted from a well established facility in Brisbane with well maintained, modern plant and equipment readily available to utilise on major projects.

At Multifix we are committed to delivering projects on time and without incident. Our safety record is combined with our ability to produce high quality work within the project program timeframe.

  • Peter Willaton - Director
    • Established by director Peter Willaton in 1997, the family-run company is based at Loganholme in Queensland. The operational headquarters is a well established facility on 22 acres. It is here that Multifix are able to comfortably undertake precast and prefabrication works in all weather conditions.

      Peter has 20 year's senior industry experience and together with his strong management team, is proud of Multifix's contribution to major construction projects throughout Queensland.

      The management team works in close harmony, ensuring high-quality service is delivered in all areas of the business.

      The management team is supported by a dedicated team of qualified formwork carpenters, steel fixers, concreters, loyal laborers and apprentices.

  • Vicki Willaton - Office Manager
    • Vicki has over 20 years experience in office management in the construction industry.

      Vicki supports Multifix Constructions in its day to day running of all administration aspects of the business that include, payroll, accounting, HR administration services, marketing and general administration.

  • Michael Miller - General Manager
    • Michael has 15 years construction industry experience. Commencing as a Site manager Michael gained extensive hands on experience in construction of complex structural elements at power stations, water retaining structures and mine infrastructure projects. Michael has also supervised numerous Roads and Rail projects in Queensland and Northern NSW.

      Michael has progressed through the company over the last 12 years to his current role as General Manager. Michaels understanding of the importance of safety, quality, environment and program and his hands on practical experience serves him well in ensuring that Multifix strive for and deliver in these key project areas for our clients.

  • Arnold Brouwers - Senior Estimator and Contracts Manager
    • Arnold has 30 years Contracts management and estimating experience in the construction industry. Arnold has been employed in this role for Tier 1 Contractors as well as major subcontractors.

      Arnold is responsible for the estimation and submission of conforming tenders and the overall management of all Contract Agreements Multifix enters into.

  • Mark Florence - Safety and Rehabilitation Manager
    • Mark joined Multifix in 2010 after several years managing safety at project level for tier 1 and 2 Contractors. Since joining the team, Mark has further developed the Multifix OH&S systems firstly establishing compliance with AS4801 at all levels of the organization and further developing the systems to ensure alignment with the mining legislation.

      Mark is actively involved in all our projects advising and assisting in the implementation of our safety system, liaising with our workforce to continuously revise and improve our safe work methods and working with our clients to ensure safety excellence on all projects.

  • Matthew Willaton - Site Supervisor
    • Matthew has 15 years of industry experience this includes experience in Bridges, Tunnel Works, Mine Infrastructure, Water Retaining Structures, Power stations and Rail Projects. He has been employed with Multifix Construction as a Site Supervisor for a period of 10 years.

  • David Anderson - Site Supervisor
    • David has in excess of 40 years of experience as a Structural Concrete Supervisor. His experience includes Bridges, Tunnel Works, Mine Infrastructure, Water Retaining Structures, Power stations and Rail Projects. He has been employed with Multifix Construction for a period of 14 years.

  • Nick Willetts - Site Supervisor
    • Nick Willetts

      Nick served his apprenticeship with Multifix and has been employed for 10 years. His experience includes construction and supervision of Bridges, Tunnel Works, Mine Infrastructure, Water Retaining Structures, Power stations and Rail Projects.

  • Warren Sexton - Site Supervisor
    • Nick Willetts

      Warren has 30 years’ experience in the building industry. Warrens experience working on some of our Major Projects as a site supervisor include: QCLNG Project, Kenya Water treatment plant, Wiggins Island light rail, Goodna water treatment plant and Hinze Dam.
